    2 T Shredded Fiesta Blend cheese
    1 8 inch flour tortilla
    1 T Green Salsa


Scramble egg in microwave with couple drops of water beaten in. Place on warmed tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese and salsa. Role into burrito.
