    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1/2 cup
    365 Whey Protein Powder (WFM), 4 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp
    Salt, 1/8 tsp

    optional add sweetener, cinnamon, ham and cheese


Serving Size: 10, 2 TB batter each

Mix together ingredients and pour into pan, flip when bubbles appear, cooks quickly.

    I'm so glad someone put this recipe up already so I don't have to do it! :) I love these. I make 2 english muffin size pancakes and use them for a breakfast sandwich with egg substitute, canadian bacon and reduced fat cheese. So yummy! - 8/21/13
