Ingredients

    1 lb left over pot roast
    5 cups mashed potatoes
    1 can mushrooms
    1 green pepper
    1 sm/medium onion
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    2 pkg beef oxo
    1 can corn

Directions

In a small sauce pan melt the butter at a medium heat at a medium heat.

Wisk in flour and oxo. add about 2 cups water. cook to desired consistancy.

chop and saute onion and green pepper.

chop up roast. Put roast, onions, green pepper, mushrooms, corn, and gravey cassarole dish mix together.

spread mashed potatoes across top. Put in oven bake for 30-45 minutes.
