    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    4 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 pound precooked, sliced ham
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 cups milk
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    2 tablespoons flour


In a slow cooker, layer a quarter of the onions, potatoes, ham, and cheese. Repeat until everything is in the slow cooker. In a large measuring cup or bowl, combine the broth and milk. Whisk in the flour and pour over the ham and potatoes. Cook on low for eight hours or high for four hours.
