Number of Servings: 8


    1 package of 8 chicken thighs
    1/4 cup each of honey, cooking sherry, and soy sauce
    1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
    2 tsp minced garlic, or two cloves
    1 Tbsp dried orange peel or 2 Tbsp fresh orange zest


Place thighs in crock pot. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over chicken. Cook on low for eight hours.
