    Flour Tortillas, 4 tortilla (approx 7-8" dia)(remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 24 oz(remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup(remove)
    *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup(remove)
    *Old El Paso Refried Beans - Vegetarian, 1.5 cup(remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 3 cup(remove)
    Sour Cream, 8 tbsp(remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded or chopped(remove)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp(remove)


It is really easy to add extra veggies to this. Saute an onion with the beef or throw in a can of diced tomatoes. It is really very flexible. I also often subsitute the sour cream for fat free greek yogurt.


brown ground beef and combine chilis beans tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Layer 9x11 baking dish with 2 toriallas, half of the meet mixture, half the cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and golden9 about 30 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and 1 tbsp of sour cream.
