Crab Salad Sandwich using Rice Cakes instead of Bread Crab Salad Sandwich using Rice Cakes instead of Bread
Number of Servings: 3


    1lb dungenous crab, 2tbsp. light mayonaise, 3/4 cup green onions/scallions, 3/4 cup celery, 6 rice cakes, pepper, tobasco and or salt to taste (I don't add salt as dungenous crab is pretty salty)


Cook and pick crab. Mix with the other ingredients except the rice cakes. Top rice cake with crab salad

Serving Size: 2 rice cakes with approx. 2 1/2 oz crab salad
