    0.5 cup of butter
    0.5 cup of sugar
    1 egg
    1tsp. baking soda
    1Tbsp. Water
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
    1.5 cup flour
    0.5 cup chocolate chips


Cream butter and sugar in food processor or mixer. Add egg; beat well. Add mashed banana's; beat we'll.

If using a food processor, bananas may Be added whole then processed

Add baking soda dissolve in water. Add flour and stir until moistened. Chocolate chips may be added, if wanted. Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 375 F too 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 16
