    2 cans Campbell's - Healthy Request, Cream of Chicken 2 cans Condensed Soup *Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup*
    2 cans Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cans Campbells Cheddar Cheese
    2 cans College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free
    1 15 oz can Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1 small can Green Chili Peppers,
    1 cup Salsa
    *1 cup onion chopped
    2 full Chicken Breast
    Chopped Cilantro, raw
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves

    Roast and chop chicken breasts.

    Mix all soups together. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring to keep smooth. Add remaining ingredients, including chopped chicken breast.

    Cook in crockpot on low for 4 hours.

    Garnish with sour cream, lowfat cheddar cheese, and tortilla strips.


Cook in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours. Can also be done on the stovetop. Simmer until hot through.
