Simple and filling, this will help you get your veggies in. Simple and filling, this will help you get your veggies in.
Number of Servings: 1


    Red Cabbage, two cups
    Nappa cabbage, one cup
    seasoned rice vinegar, 1/4 cup
    Splenda, one tablespoon
    oil (sesame if you have it) 1 tbs
    1/2 onion, chopped


You can also add mandarin oranges if you add the calories in.


Mix the splenda, oil, and the vinegar and add the onions.
Let it sit while you chop the veggies.
Add the veggies and chill overnight.

Serving Size: 1 giant serving (4 cups)
