    1 egg
    1/3 cup corn & black bean salsa
    1 pound ground turkey (preferably 99% fat free)


Mix together egg, burger, and salsa. Form into patties. Place on broiler pan and broil about 8-10 mins on each side. Keep an eye on them as your oven may ccok faster than mine. Serve on romaine lettuce left for extra crunch.
