I didn't bake in the oven, I just let it simmer on stovetop because of lack of time, but this was a GREAT dish! My husband also loved it! Thank you for sharing it! - 10/28/11

This was great!!! I am Irish, and my honey is Puerto Rican.. So I try to mix up the recipes now and then to accomodate both of our home style taste... This was awesome, so easy - I added some chopped green pepper and some onion powder - but besides that I followed the recipe.. Good Job! - 9/16/08

    Incredible!
This was fantastic. i did add red peppers for personal preference and used tomatoes with peppers because that's what i had in my cupboard. I didn't bake it for 50 minutes due to time constraints but i'm sure it would only improve the flavor. - 7/17/08
