Ingredients

    .Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 1 serving )
    Mushrooms, fresh, 34 gr
    Onions, raw, 26 gr
    Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 1 serving
    all whites, 1 serving
    (1 serving all whites is 1/4C)

Directions

Spray pan with Pam. Saute bacon, mushrooms,and onion. Add whole egg to egg whites and beat. Add to pan. When it begins to set, add cheese. Flip mixture until eggs are completly set and cheese is melted.
This makes a very cheesy mixture.
Start to finish takes less than 10 minutes
