Introduction

I begin substituting Rice flour in the gravy to help my son with his gluten free diet. It's just as good, if not better, then regular white gravy. You can also make this with ground sausage. Ingredients

    4 Tbls. butter or margarine, (I use Country Crock)
    4 Tbsp. Bob's Mill White Rice Flour
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 cups 1% milk

Directions

Melt butter, reduce heat and whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Keep whisking and add milk. Whisk over low to med. heat until desired consisitency.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups.
