Ingredients

    This is another "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" compliant recipe....can't take credit for it. :)


    2 cups diced unpeeled tart apples
    1 T lemon juice
    1.5 pounds cooked chicken breast, diced and chilled (4-5 chicken breasts)
    ½ cup chopped celery
    ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt or fat-free mayo
    ½ thinly sliced green onion
    2 T chopped red onion
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    1/3 cup golden raisins

    4 spinach or whole wheat 8-inch tortillas or wraps

    Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine the apples and lemon juice. Add the other remaining ingredients except the tortillas and mix thoroughly.
    2. Serve wrapped in tortillas.
