    red peppers
    black beans
    brown rice
    morning star farms veggie meat
    cheddar cheese
    Monterey jack


brown meat & beans. Cook rice as per instruction. Add rice and cheddar and 4 oz monterey jack in with the meat. Cut tops off of red peppers and clean insides. Stuff peppers with filling and put into baking pan next to each other. Cook covered for 4o minutes. Remove cover and add pepper cheese and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
