    1 lb. beef cubes (round)
    2 cups beef stock
    1 cup water
    1.5 cup cremini mushrooms, halved
    2 cups baby carrots
    1 jar boiled pearl onions
    1 medium onion, cut into rings
    3 cloves garlic
    3/4 cup red wine
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp herbes de provence
    1 TBSP olive oil


Heat oil in large pot; brown beef. Add sliced onion and garlic. When translucent, add rest of ingredients. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
