    4 chicken legs (bone in and skin on)
    2 tsp unpacked brown sugar
    1 tbsp chili sauce
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp garlic chopped
    1 tbsp sweet cooking rice wine


Mix up the marinade ingredients in a shallow, flat container and then shake the chicken up in the container to coat. Leave marinating for about an hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish with cooking oil. Brush the marinade onto the chicken in the baking dish. Bake 20 minutes and flip over to bake for 20 more minutes. Can serve with/on salad, with rice, with steamed veggies
