    *Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)(remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup(remove)
    *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, .5 serving(remove)
    *Onion powder, .5 tbsp(remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash(remove)
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup(remove)
    *Margarine, soft, 2 tsp(remove)
    Paprika, .5 tbsp(remove)


So easy you'll wonder why you ever used boxed, processed potatoes!


Wash potaoes and slice in food processor (or by hand). Arrange sliced potatoes in round 1.5 qt casserole dish. Combine milk and spices in small bowl and pour over potatoes. Bake covered in 350 oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Top with cheeses and paprika and cook uncovered for 5 mins. or until cheeses melt.
