Beautiful mixed fruit half-dipped in chocolate. Beautiful mixed fruit half-dipped in chocolate.

    1 Banana
    1 Orange
    2/3 cup Blueberries
    2 Kiwis
    8 Strawberries
    1 cup Dark Chocolate (approximate)


Put the chocolate on a low burner to melt. Slice the banana, cut the strawberries in half, and peel the orange. When the chocolate is melted, use a spatula to cover half of the strawberries, bananas and orange slices and place on parchment paper. Refridgerate slices until chocolate is hard. Slice the kiwis and arrange with the blueberries and chocolate-covered fruit. Serve and enjoy!
