    My recipe is super easy. All you need is 5 eggs, 1/2 cup lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, salt & pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp minced garlic, any veggies or meats you want (if you want any), and as much cheese as you see fit. (I add spinach, peppers, mushrooms, and grated cheddar). Whisk together, put in oven on 350 degrees for 35 min, and done
