    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Canola Oil, 3 tbsp
    4 links Aidells cajun style andouille
    Chicken, mixed white and dark from boiled chicken
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 3 cup
    Ground Cayanne Pepper, 0.5 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Bay leaf
    Gumbo file to taste


Oil in dutch oven, medium heat
Add peppers and onion, cayanne, paprika; approx 10 min, until browned
Add andouille, 10 minutes
Add chicken and bay leaf, 5 min
Add rice, stir 2 minutes
Add chicken broth and water and file
30 minutes on low, until fluid absobed
