Introduction

Ingredients

    1c Dates
    1/2c Salted, mixed tree nuts (no peanuts)
    1tsp Water (optional)

Tips

Add the teaspoon of water if the mix seems too dry and crumbly for molding.


Directions

Toss ingredients into Vitamix or food processor and blend until it becomes a pasty mass.

Dump into a bread pan or onto waxed paper and press it into a uniform, rectangular shape.

Cut into 50g bars.

Serving Size: makes approximately 7 50g bars
