    green peppers
    red sweet peppers
    fresh mushrooms
    4 chicken breast
    1 cup parmesan cheese


you could add onions and yellow peppers and tomatoes to the recipe if you desire.


cut peppers into thin strips. saute mushrooms, green peppers and red peppers into a pan until cooked and soft. grill chicken breast until done through. once chicken is cooked add parmesan cheese over and let melt. add pepper and mushroom mixture over melted cheese and serve.
