    Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 8 serving
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Orange Peppers (sweet peppers), 0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2"
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp


Put 1 tsp olive oil and place in large skillet
Add diced onion
Add Turkey
Add Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Pepper and Salt
Cook until Turkey is no longer pink
Add Yellow, and Red pepper (also good with orange pepper)
Remove from heat
Coat a cookie tray with non-stick spray and preheat oven @ 350
Take 1 biscuit and spread it out into a large oval and add meat to one half and fold the other half over and press the bottom and top edges together
You can also add cheese
Put in oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
