Basic White Sauce Basic White Sauce

Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Butter
    2 Tablespoons Flour
    1 Cup Lowfat Milk

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the flour. Add milk and stir with wire whip until smooth. Return to heat and cook over medium heat until thick.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2-cup servings
