    2 lbs ground beef, lean
    1Tbsp dehydrated onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 pkg. french's chili-o seasoning mix
    1 15 oz. can brooks mild chili beans
    1/2 box of angel hair pasta
    Mexiene chili powder
    1 can tomato juice
    8 oz water


Brown beef, onion, and garlic. Drain, then add water, chili seasoning and chili powder to taste. Simmer 10 minutes
While simmering bring tomato juice and beans to a boil. Stir often. Once boiling turn down to simmer then mix in beef mixture. Stir occasionally.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, then mix into tomato mixture. Simmer 10 minutes stirring often.
