    1 whole wheat pizza shell
    1/2 cup italian crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup diced green pepper
    1/2 cup sliced white mushrooms
    1/2 cup sliced yello squash
    2 tsp minced garlic
    3.5 oz goat cheese crumbles
    cooking spray
    salt and pepper to taste


Saute vegetables and garlic in cooking spray until softend and lightly browned. Spread pizza sell with crushed tomatoes. Top with vegetables and sprinkle goat cheese evenly over vegetables. Bake in 425 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes (or according to package directions for pizza shell). Cut pizza into slices and enjoy!
