Ingredients

Chicken and Noodles - #1 - #3 above
Sauce - olive oil - sesame oil
Veggies - remaining ingregients
Directions
Soak noodles in cold water for 20 minutes, then put chicken breast in low boiling broth - simmer for 10 minutes and remove. Put noodles in boiling stock and cook for 1 minute.
Sauce- heat oil, cook garlic 1 - 2 minutes, stir in remaining sauce ingredients and remove from heat to cool.
Veggies - cut into bite sized pieces.
Serve - add horseradish, jalapeno, and dry mustard to the sauce, mix, and pour over salad. Add salt and pepper, if needed.
Serving Size: Makes 5 2 cup servings
