Introduction

I added Greek Yogurt because I had some that had to be used quickly. It turned out that everyone just loved it. I added Greek Yogurt because I had some that had to be used quickly. It turned out that everyone just loved it.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 servings of fish (your choice)
    1 scoop Stevia Powder
    1 Free range egg
    1/2 cup Kirkland Greek Yogurt
    1 tbsp parsley
    2 tbsp Half & Half
    ~2-4 tbsp coconut flour

Tips

Note: Coconut flour acts like a sponge when it comes to liquid.


Directions

Mix 1 free range egg, the stevia, yogurt, parsley and half & half together. Then add the coconut flour 2 tbsp at first to make the batter. If it is to runny add more of the coconut flour.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 2 servings of fish
