    1 box dreamfields pasta rotini (6.5 servings
    1 cup fresh peas
    4 cups chopped mushrooms
    2 jars classico light Alfredo (7 servings)
    3 cups cooked chopped turkey
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 cup panko (I used private selections Italian herb)
    1 cup cheese ( I used Sargento 6 cheese Italian)


This is a base recipe that is easily adaptable.


Boil pasta according to package directions. Cook to al dente stage. I add the peas the last 2 minutes. Drain pasta.
Cook chopped mushrooms garlic and if you want you can add onion cook in 1 Tbsp olive oil till tender approx 6 min on medium heat, add sauce and turkey mix in peas and pasta.
I pour this into a 9x13 pan and mix the panko and cheese together top and bake for approx 30 min at 350
