    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped

    Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 05 cup, chopped
    Grape Leaves, 800 grams
    *lemon juice
    salt
    2 cups water

Directions

mix rice with tomatoes and chickpeas,parsley,onions
season with salt ,black pepper and add oil

stuff the mixture in the grape leaves
arrange in a pot and add water and lemon to cook
