    8 frozen chicken tenders
    2.5 cups water
    1 cup pearled barley
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1.5 cup chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    2tbsp poultry seasoning


in saucepan put water, barley, chopped veggies, garlic & onion, bring to boil
add poultry seasoning & stir, simmer while you get crockpot ready.

place frozen chicken tenders in bottom of crockpot,
pour contents of sauce pan over chicken
cook about 6 hrs
