Ingredients

    8 oz ground turkey
    4 tbsp salsa (reduced fat)
    4 medium taco shells
    Taco seasoning
    Avacado cut in chunks
    Fresh tomatoes cut up

Tips

Add sour cream or cheese reduced fat if desired. I also crush up my tacos and add meat mixture on top.


Directions

Brown turkey, drain, return to pan. Add salsa and a teaspoon of taco seasoning. Warm taco shells in oven 350* for 5 minutes. Crush shells on plate add mixture to top, add avacado if desired and fresh tomatoes.
