    Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.5 cup
    egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup


Mix all ingredients together and spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
