    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large
    Carrots, cooked, 7.5 oz (3 baby food jars)

    1 16oz package Cream Cheese Frosting


*Sift first five ingredients
*Add oil
*Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
*Add carrots

Bake at 350 in a "Cookie Sheet" for about 35 minutes.
