    1 packet of chunk light tuna in water
    1 tablespoon of fat-free greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
    1 tablespoon of chunky salsa
    dill pickle chips
    salt and pepper to taste


1) Mix the yogurt into the tuna
2) add desired amount of mustard and mix together
3) add desired amount of salsa and stir into mixture
4) cut or tear up dill pickle chips and mix into salad
5) add salt, pepper, and any other seasonings to taste

Serving Size: makes one serving of tuna salad
