    4 Pork chops, trimmed and diced
    1 Large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tins tomatoes
    1 tsp herbs
    ! tsp curry powde (strength up to you)
    1 tsp chilli powder to taste
    Cooked, mashed potatoes


Can be slow cooked on lower heat. Prepare in morning, leave to marinate all day then pop in oven later.


Dry fry diced meat, onions and garlic together.
Add tomatoes, herbs, spices and mashed potatoes.
Mix well and put in put in oven for 45 mins (190)
