    1.25 pounds beef round steak, thinly sliced
    2 cans petite diced tomatoes
    2 medium bell peppers, sliced
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste


Place everything in oven-safe dish. Bake at 225 degrees for 2-3 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.
