Number of Servings: 20

Water, tap, 1.375 cup (8 fl oz)
    Margarine, hard, .25 stick
    Salt, 1.25 tsp
    *Flour, white, 4 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, .25 cup
*Carnation Malted Milk Powder, 2 tbsp
    Dry Active Yeast 1.75 teaspoons

1) Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan

2) Measure and add dry ingredients except for the yeast to the bread pan

3) Use you finger to form a well in the flour where you will pour the yeast. Yeast must never come in contact with the liquid when adding the ingredients. Measure and carefully pour into the well.

4) Snap the bread pan into the bread maker and close the lid.

5) Press menu and choose the "basic" setting. Press the loaf size and select 2 pounds. Press the crust color and select desired crust (we usually select light crust and it comes out perfectly crunchy). Press start.
