    4 cups fresh chopped or frozen broccoli
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp light parmesan cheese
    1/2 to 1 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 425F

Put chopped broccoli into a large bowl.

Add olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and salt and toss to coat.

Spread on baking sheet in a single layer and bake 25 minutes.
