    Mixed Berries, frozen, 1cup, thawed slightly
    Greek Yougurt, 1 serving
    4oz mixed flavored water(see below)

    Combined the following:
    One 16 oz bottle of water
    Great Value Berry Pomegranate Drink Mix


Vary amount of flavored water to taste and thickness preferred.


Mix flavored water and set aside.

Take one cup of frozen mixed berries and set in blender for approx. 20 minutes to thaw a little.

After berries have thawed a little, add one serving of greek yogurt and 4 oz of flavored water to berries in blender.

Mix in blender until smooth. Spoon into bowl. Eat.
