Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    6 oz tomato paste
    14-15 oz tomato sauce
    15.5 oz can kidney beans, with liquid
    15.5 oz can pinto beans, with liquid
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 tsp salt
    4 oz can diced green chilies
    1.5 diced tomaotes
    1.5 tsp ground cumin
    1.5 Tbs chili powder
    3/4 tsp black pepper
    1 Cup water

Tips

top as you like, cheese, sour cream, plain yogurt, crushed corn chips....


Directions

In stock pot brown burger, onion, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Add other ingredients. simmer on low 1-1.5 hours. Stir every 15 minutes.


Serving Size: makes 6 1.5- cup servings
