    1 package round wraps (about 60)
    1 lb cooked ham, chopped fine
    1 scallion (green onion), sliced fine
    1" ginger root, grated on microplane
    1/2 tsp white pepper
    2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
    1 tbsp soy sauce


This was just a mash-up of what I could find in my fridge. Dumpling contents are very flexible.


Mix all ingredients except wraps together. Put small heap of mixture onto each wrap. Seal the wraps. Steam in steamer for about 10 minutes until cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 60 dumplings
