    2 Large Potatos, Diced
    1 Cup Celery, diced
    1 Cup Carrots, Diced
    1 Medium Onion, Chopped
    3 cloves Garlic
    2 Cups Cabbage, Chopped
    1 Package Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa (or similar), Chopped
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    Thyme (To Taste)
    Oregano (To Taste)
    Italian Seasonings (To Taste)


Chop and dice Kielbasa, Potatos, Celery, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Cabbage. Put Olive Oil in large skillet and heat on medium. Add Potatos, Carrots, and Celery first, roughly 3 minutes later add Garlic and Cabbage and Onions, and roughly 2 minutes after that add Kielbasa. Cook for approximately 5 more minutes, or until Kielbasa is cooked through. Then add Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Thyme, Oregano, and Italian Seasonings to taste.

Serve while hot.
