    85% Lean Ground Turkey, 1 lb.
    1 15oz can Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 C. cooked brown rice
    1 T. chili powder
    1 1/2 t. Montreal Steak Seasoning
    1 T Canola oil


Mix all ingredients, except for canola oil, in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties. Fry in oil on medium high until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
