    1 lb. Honey suckle white ground turkey 85/15
    Rotel Mile diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 cup Prego tomato basil and galic sauce
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    3/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 medium egg


I made up a second batch using 97% lean ground beef, insead of ground turkey, for the rest of my family..that is where I used the rest of the Prego sauce.


Cook brown rice to measure 1 cup cooked...let cool. Mix together ground turkey, oregano, garlic powder, pepper, egg and cooled rice.
Make 1-1 1/2" balls and place into pan. Add Rotel tomatoes and Prego sauce...cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes 20 1" 'turkey'balls
