Crispy and flavorful green beans. Crispy and flavorful green beans.
Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 Pound of fresh snap green beans
    2 medium fresh sweet peppers
    1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 onion chopped
    2 tbs olive oil
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Place oil in sauté pan and heat. Place garlic, onion, and peppers in pan. Cook for 5 minutes then throw in the green beans and cook for 15 minutes until green beans are warm, but still crispy.
