    Miso paste 5 tbsp
    Water 8 cups
    Honashi 8tsp
    Green onions 1 bunch chopped
    1 block tofu
    Dried seaweed soaked in cold water
    Shiitake mushrooms
    1 small bag frozen edamame


First dissolve miso paste in water add dashi granules. I just add to taste. Then add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for 2 hours. Mmmmmmm
