Taste a bit like Wheat Thins. Soft but crunchy crackers. A perfect snack. Taste a bit like Wheat Thins. Soft but crunchy crackers. A perfect snack.
Number of Servings: 35


    1 cup of seeds, equal parts (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, flax, etc.-- here I used sunflower and pumpkin all but 2 Tbsp, which I filled in with flax)
    2.5 Tbsp olive oil
    1-2 Tbsp honey (or other liquid sweetener)
    1.75 cup whole wheat (or other) flour
    140 ml water
    garlic powder and salt to taste (or use other flavorings of your choice)


Good for toppers and dips! Play with different flavors and types of seeds...


Grind the seeds in a food processor or Magic Bullet.

Mix together all ingredients. Separate into 4-5 equal parts. Roll them, one at a time, on a floured surface. Get them as thin as possible!

Bake at 150C for about 25 minutes (check after 20 in case they are getting browned). Eat after cooling.

Serving Size: makes 140 crackers, 5 crackers per serving (1x1.5 inch each)
